Observers

Members of the public may register to observe the meetings. To allow time for names of attendees to be registered with security personnel when necessary, registration will close one week before the first day of the meeting. Where space at the meeting venue is limited, only one member per organization will be invited to observe the meeting at any particular time. IAASB is not able to invite observers to join IAASB members for lunch or dinner.

Meeting Material

The agenda and papers for a meeting are posted approximately three to four weeks in advance of the meeting. They can be accessed by clicking on Agenda and Background Papers respectively.

A pronouncement proposed for approval may be amended during the meeting before it is approved by the IAASB. In this case, the revised paper is posted under Updated Agenda Items shortly after the meeting. In addition, a summary of decisions made at the meeting is posted under Meeting Summary. Beginning with December 2004, audio recordings of the meetings are also available.
